We love selling Real Estate in Searcy and White County, because we love living here! We have lived in the area for more than 14 years. Having met at Harding University in 1977, we chose Searcy as the place we wanted to raise our sons, and decided to move here in 1991.

Judy is very familiar with the housing and interior design aspect of home ownership. She has a B.S. as well as a M.Ed. in Family and Consumer Sciences from Harding University with an emphasis in interior design and home technology. Judy is currently the Executive Broker for the RE/MAX Beebe-Capps Branch.

Phil also has experience in helping families transition to a new home and a new place. He was in Physician Recruiting for 13 years, and helped hundreds of physicians relocate to new areas across the country. In addition, he gained valuable experience in financing and mortgage banking while serving as a loan officer for Simmons First Bank in Searcy.

Joel grew up in Searcy and is a graduate of Harding Academy ('99). He received his BBA from Harding University in 2003 in Information Technology. He joins the Hoggard Team after spending time in computer repair and five years in a management position in the car wash business. He and his wife Emily (Richardson) Hoggard have two children.
